Wikipedia is an amazing community adventure which is constantly being edited. Wikipedia has five pillars which summarise Wikipedia's fundamental principles:
- Wikipedia is an encyclopedia
- Wikipedia is written from a neutral point of view
- Wikipedia is free content that anyone can use, edit, and distribute
- Editors should treat each other with respect and civility
- Wikipedia has no firm rules

Speedy deletion nomination of Sabelo Mlangeni
[edit]Hello Kantiyini,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Sabelo Mlangeni for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Proposed deletion of Strategic Litigation and the Struggle for Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Equality in Africa
[edit]The article Strategic Litigation and the Struggle for Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Equality in Africa has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
No evidence of notability. The first source isn't independent (it's the university he studied), second source is this book, and the other 4 sources don't mention this book. Searching for better sources online had no useful results.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Fram (talk) 09:37, 29 November 2022 (UTC)
- Hello,
- Thank you for your feedback. I will continue working on the article to address the issues raised. If I may ask how long do I have to make the suggested changes before the article is deleted? Kantiyini (talk) 09:41, 29 November 2022 (UTC)
