The article has a clear direction but I think you can benefit from becoming more concrete. Specifically this sentence, "Outreach as a solution to homelessness cannot address the impacts of education, income, and other social determinants of health that would allow long term improvements in health and housing security" makes great points but you do not single out any organization or specific methods used by outreach teams. How exactly have you come to this conclusion and what sources will allow the reader to do deeper investigation on outreach for homelessness?
