I noticed you put a comment on the article talk page saying that you added the sources, but I don't see the sources. Did you forget to submit your changes? You should try again. Do it by Mar. 3. 15:25, 27 February 2017 (UTC)

The Lead

Be sure to avoid praising or promoting your subject. To keep a strictly neutral point of view, you should delete "skilled" from the first sentence. Also combine it with the second sentence to get to the main point quicker: "...was a bicycle race and co-founder of..." Delete the last sentence.
