Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Battle of Roncevaux Pass (824) into Roncevaux Pass. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). Given your recent biography of Hana Marvanová, you should be a useful new contributor. I see that you have included a translation tag on Marvanová's talk page but for attribution purposes, translation from the Czech article should also have been mentioned in the article's first edit summary. As an administrator on the Czech wiki, you should have opportunities to select interesting articles for translation. If you have not already done so, you might find it useful to look through our Primer for creating women's biographies. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties or need assistance. - @Ipigott Thank you for the really nice personal welcome! Wow, now I feel good! :-) And also thanks for the suggestion about attribution... one can learn something new every day! As you have kindly noticed, I am not a complete beginner on Wikipedia, but enWiki does have some peculiar intricacies, I might even say it is slightly more bureaucratic than what I am used to elsewhere (well, about bazillion times more). But I'll continue to explore. And if I do need help with some possible future tough wiki issue, I am happy to know I have someone to ask. Thank you again! - Yes, indeed. The "intricacies" of the EN wiki are not easy to master but I can guarantee you will find things less hostile on Women in Red where we try to do everything possible to help our contributors along. I've just been looking at the impressive list of articles you have created since 2020 on the CS wiki. I see most of them are translations from the English.
