Ways to improve Ariadne and Hephaistos with Dionysos Cup
[edit]Hi, I'm Boleyn. KDavisArt, thanks for creating Ariadne and Hephaistos with Dionysos Cup!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Thanks for creating this, but it is likely to be tagged for deletion if sources verifying the information aren't added.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

The article Ariadne and Hephaistos with Dionysos Cup has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Couldn't find any sources to support this
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Pontificalibus (talk) 07:12, 29 September 2017 (UTC)
- Hi! You have seven days to help resolve this, although a possible solution would be to move this to your userspace until you have added more sourcing. Basically you need to show where there's coverage of this specific cup and how it's notable, as age alone doesn't really give notability. It can make it easier, but it's not a guarantee. One of the easiest ways to do this would be if it's on permanent exhibition in a notable museum, as this would make it notable. I'll take a look myself and see what I can find. - I've managed to save this by showing that it's on permanent exhibit, but you really need to improve this. A good rule of thumb is to never create a new article or move it live until it meets the basic notability criteria, as otherwise it runs the risk of getting deleted. Your teacher has left some good feedback on the article talk page, along with some sourcing. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 13:51, 29 September 2017 (UTC)
