How do I submit an article topic to be written by a Wikipedia editor? I want to make one for Kathryn Allen Couture, and an article for designer, Kathryn Allen. I am very confused about how I am supposed to suggest these topics to the editors. I have a list of great sources, both online and people who have professional relationships with Kathryn.
