I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Image change

Are you actually looking at the article after you save your edit? Do you think that this is what your employer had in mind when they asked you to update the image? Or that they would approve of you logging out and using a Department of State IP to restore the edit? Also, the image has been tagged for deletion at Commons as you have claimed it as your own work but have not provided evidence that you personally hold the copyright to the image. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing Manisha Singh for not following the conflict of interest guidelines despite them being provided to you. You can make specific requests on the article talk page as described in the links in my message directly above.

As you are now obviously evading the block above through logged-out edits, your IP range is also blocked from editing the article directly. I don't know how more clear I can be nor why you don't believe that you need to follow our policies and guidelines.
