I am contacting you because I noticed your edits to traumatic cardiac arrest and I felt they were not to the high standards of which we try to uphold on Wikipedia. Before I want to go any further I want to let you know, I was once in your position, new and having someone berate my edits, but let me assure you, I am here to help. First off let me explain why I reverted your edits. The first statement you added to the article was that traumatic cardiac arrest was similar to that of a myocardial infarction. While I see what you meant by that, I decided to remove it as it does not accurately depict what traumatic arrest is. An MI's presentation is gradual and from medical reasons, traumatic arrest on the other hand is rapid and sudden and from a traumatic cause. Also, I removed your statement with regards to a tracheal obstruction leading to traumatic arrest as it does not conform to the American Heart Association accepted guidelines. As a tracheal obstruction is "worked up" the same way as normal cardiac arrest, and the fact your source did not support that statement I removed it.
Do not take any of this personally. I have been doing this for years so I spot these things really easy, but when I was new I ran into similar problems. I am here to help you in anyway I can.
