Review

Hey, you asked me to check this over, so I'll try to leave some tips based on what you asked, and based on the state of the article.

• First, as far as the paragraph spacing goes, that's an internal function of how pages are rendered, and there's not much you can do to alter that. In order to ensure consistancy project-wide, all paragraph spacing is the same on every page, so there's not much you can do to make your page space differently.
• Regarding having the references pile up on one line: if you want to have each on its own line, you'll need to start each line with a line break marker. There are three line break markers: the * symbol starts a line with a bullet, the : symbol starts a line with a space and the # symbol starts a line with a number. However, Wikipedia is also set up to automatically collate and keep track of your references. See Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners for some tips on how to use Wikipedia's coding to organize your references. The best way to do it is to use what are called "inline" references, where each fact or statement is connected to its reference using footnotes. The Referencing for beginners page covers how to do that, and a lot more.
• Regarding overall page formatting and style issues. Wikipedia has an extensive Manual of Style at Wikipedia:Manual of Style. It is extensive and detailed, so don't expect to learn it all in one ho, but the subpage titled Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Layout will help you organize and lay out your article in a way consistant with other articles. You'll also want to provide appropriate internal links to the text of your article. Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Linking will help you to link appropriate words, and show you which sorts of words do (and likewise do not) usually get linked.
• There are still some concerns regaring the notability of Doc Jazz. Just to make this clear: we aren't here to make any judgements about how important he is. That's not what notability means. All that matters with regard to having an article at Wikipedia is that other people (i.e. not Doc Jazz or people he has hired to do so) have writen about him extensively (about is life in a deep, meaningful way, not just in passing) in reliable sources (that is, in sources that have a reputation for reliability: see Wikipedia:Reliable sources for more details). It is not what a person does, or who they are, or anything else that determines whether or not Wikipedia needs an article about them. It only matters what has already been written about them. If others have written extensively, then there should be a Wikipedia article. If there is not much reliable, in depth, information about his life, then there isn't anything to use as a source to write the Wikipedia article from. The stuff that is in the article now at the bottom of the page is a good start, but more is always better. Remember, it doesn't matter what he's done (so links to his songs on YouTube or other video hosting sites don't make any difference) nor what he has to say about himself (so his personal webpages or social media accounts also don't matter). The only thing that we care about is indepndent, reliable, and substantial writing about him.
