Request reason:

I have been blocked from editing because of using an open proxy, however I have no knowledge of using one and don't know how to change this. To my knowledge, I am still using the same server as I always did, though I am in the Philippines right now and not in my home country of South Africa. Please let me know how I can correct this. Thanks so much.

Decline reason:

Hello! That's unfortunate. This is only a procedural decline since this isn't a "regular" unblock request. Would you please follow the instructions at [1] and submit a new block request as per those if the problem persists? I'm not shooting down your request, but that's the correct procedure for this, rather than the template you've used. - Vianello (Talk) 19:14, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
