What an interesting legal ethics issue! The Article currently has very limited facts and little discussion of its implications (additionally, at least one of the links was broken). This will give you great leeway to further explicate the facts and key issues here. Given that this seems to be a continuing ethical discussion, you may review the secondary source literature to see how they describe the implications of this case, and provide suggestions for further reading.
