[edit]Hi! It looks like the page you added on Lappawinzo was moved back to your sandbox by Nihlus, who wrote that it wasn't ready. I'm not entirely sure why, but I think that his main concern may have been that the article is predominantly about the Walking Purchase Agreement and doesn't really have that much about the chief as an individual other than the painting. I've tagged him here so he can expand on this.
The best I can suggest is to try to find sourcing that goes into the chief a bit more, to give enough information about him to show where he's independently notable. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:26, 5 December 2017 (UTC)
