Neurodiversity
[edit]Hi. I just wanted to let you know that if you're interested in hearing other people's comments about the Neurodiversity article you might want to talk directly to Eubulides or SandyGeorgia, as I don't think many people watch the talk page of the Neurodiversity article (note that comments often go unanswered for months or even years). I would help myself but I'm sure exactly what it is you're saying as I'm not really much of an expert. -- Soap Talk/Contributions 10:22, 21 October 2009 (UTC)
August 2024
[edit]Hi, I saw that you have edited the Talk page of the Judy Singer article, and I hope I'm right in assuming that you are the subject of the article. Thank you for not editing the article itself.
It looks as if no-one has pointed you to the conflict of interest policy, which I will post below. This explains the process for requesting edits to an article about you. If you use the request edit template, other editors will be alerted to the request and can see if it is possible to make the changes you want. Please include independent, reliable sources for any requested changes. Best wishes, Tacyarg (talk) 14:50, 11 August 2024 (UTC)
Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Jsinger. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Judy Singer, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Tacyarg (talk) 14:50, 11 August 2024 (UTC)
