Because you joined so early, you cannot make an article yet.
Ignore that. Anyway, your article is awaiting review at the AfC at the moment, be patient and return to your AfC page accordingly.

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you.  :- ) DCS 01:05, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Some cookies to welcome you!

Welcome to Wikipedia, Jshapely! Thank you for your contributions. I am Dcshank and I have been editing Wikipedia for some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian!  :- ) DCS 01:07, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Jshapely,

I have spent several hours on your article, and I can understand the problem of not having it sound like a tribute.  However, there was and maybe still is a lot of promotional wording.  I have tried to tone down your article without ruining your work, because I am not an expert in this field.  I do not feel comfortable in approving it, since I somewhat now have a WP:COI.  I am putting it back in the queue for review.  You can still work on your article while waiting for another reviewer to look at it.  It is very well referenced, so I do not think that will be a problem.  It is only the seeming WP:NPOV that is a problem.  Good Luck!    :- ) DCS 17:11, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Approval of article

[edit]

Find some controversy, find a quote from someone who did not like him.  Nobody is perfect.  Nobody.  If you can find something, put it in the article, I can then approve it and deal with AfD later.  :- ) Don 19:14, 1 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello -- I've moved the article in question, Alessandro Liberati, to the encyclopedia. I may make a few clean-up edits, but the article seems to meet all the criteria. I looked at many Articles for Creation, and yours was the strongest one I saw! Riggr Mortis (talk) 04:10, 3 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Jshapely, would you do me a favor and look at the "citation needed" tags I placed in the article. From my review of your sources, the citations do exist, so it's simply a matter of moving or adding those citations to where they directly support the claims.
