[edit]

Could you please make a greater effort to remain civil and collegial?

In my opinion this series of edits [1], [2], [3], [4], [5] falls short of the spirit of cooperation we should all expect of one another.

Everyone will make the occasional error. It was totally unnecessary to try to humiliate the contributor who did not recognize that the Daily Mail article had the wrong date on it. That is why I did not offer a diff to the edit -- by another contributor -- who made that mistake. If you go back and check the revision history more closely you will see I did not make that edit. Well, Mr. Geo Swan you are welcome to address the on the talk page listed issues concerning your WP:COMPETENCE in writing BLP's. BLP issues are very serious. Jrwikieditor (talk) 07:32, 14 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You admonished me, incorrectly claiming I was trying to obfuscate my responsibility for a certain mistake. You claimed I could not learn from mistakes. From your reply, above, it seems you have not understood that I did not make the mistake you used as the justification for your admonishment.
There is nothing on Talk:Tariq Mahmood (detainee) about any lapses from WP:BLP that I made.
Once again, I urge you to try harder to remain civil and collegial in all your communication with contributors. Geo Swan (talk) 11:15, 14 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You amuse me Mr. Geo Swan. You are not WP:COMPETENT to edit BLP's and to stand to your mistakes and instead of addressing the raised concerns you go around throwing Red herrings. :)) Jrwikieditor (talk) 13:24, 14 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Iqinn for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. Geo Swan (talk) 14:27, 14 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
