How about "The investment made IAC Turo's largest shareholder, with more than 20% of the business" - if my maths and assumptions (based on what is written in your source) are correct. It's relevant to the company structure that no one share holder has a controlling interest but also relevant that the largest shareolder has a >20% stake rather than (for instance) a 5% stake.
