Highfield Country Park
[edit]This isn't meant as a criticism, but I was wondering why you felt the need to create a new article on Highfield. It's not particularly noteworthy (not even because I walk my dog regularly on there :) ) and the article is currently just a copy of the relevant section from the Levenshulme article. To be honest I can't see it ever being anything more than a stub. As I said, not a criticism, I was just curious. --WebHamster 20:12, 16 January 2009 (UTC)
I have a bundle of history that would be usueful to re-enter the public domain. I will be working on this over the coming months. Previously I have only edited Aberystwyth Town FC and a few other minor topics on Wikipedia. I was under the impression that Highfield Country Park was searched reasonably high as the Wikipedia Levenshulme site was frequently a high listing on google searches. In the future Highfield Country Park is intended to increase in conservation status due to the wet woodlands/grasslands being on the UK Biodiversity Action Plan.
