I rescued this article a while back and I'm at the point where I've exhausted my competence. I think the bibliography is in decent shape and I can summarize the Intelligent Design and (eventually) criticism, but when Shapiro discusses examples of NGE I can't follow it well enough to summarize it. If you're intersted, take a look when you have a slow Sunday afternoon.
