Grace Helbig head shot

[edit]

Was that head shot actually uploaded by her (User:Gracehelbig)? It's an amazing picture but I'm a bit confused about how it got here. :)

Keith forwarded my request for a image to use in the article to Grace, and then Grace emailed me that shot and asked me to upload it on her behalf. She also emailed the Wikimedia OTRS with a Creative Commons release for the image, and it looks like that has been processed now, so everything should be in order as far as licensing goes. Someone did add {{out of scope}} to it. I'm not sure what exactly needs to happen with that. --Jp3d2k (talk) 22:10, 9 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
That's very cool of her and Keith -- what with her traveling across the continent right now and all. Thanks again for making it happen! I assume we can remove the out of scope thing once the article is accepted because the picture obviously adds value to her article. I managed to get Grace Helbig unprotected after User:Chiswick Chap was willing to accept the AfC but couldn't because of the protection. I think this allows us to do the move ourselves (from a technical point of view). He has already been informed about the unprotection though so he'll probably do it on his own soon.
