[edit]Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to 2024 United States presidential election in Georgia, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. ANI
[edit]Hello, JoshuaJ28,
I'm sorry that you are feeling depressed right now. But, as you have found out, you can't bring a complaint to ANI or AN without your own editing conduct also being scrutinized as a lot of frivolous complaints are filed against editors when they are in the middle of a dispute. Being discussed at ANI is no fun so we generally recommend that editors only come there if other dispute resolution efforts have failed.
In general, all editors here can be subject to criticism, it's the nature of working on a collaborative editing project and no one is immune. I've been an editor for 11 years and I still have editors coming to my User talk page to complain about something I did that they disagreed with. If that seems too intense for you, well, maybe participating as an editor here isn't for you. But if you can take a little criticism and can learn how to defend yourself without lashing back, then I hope you will return to work on this project in the near future. Liz Read! ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message
[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}
to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
