Speedy deletion nomination of Plandmm

A tag has been placed on Plandmm, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Arab finance corporation

When I deleted this article, I noticed that you commented that it should not be deleted, because it is about the Beirut Stock Exchange. But the article wasn't about the Beirut stock exchange- it was about a company called 'Arab Finance Corporation,' and it seemed more like an advertisement than an encyclopedia article, with no clear assertion of notability and no sources cited. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 16:34, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Bank is important enough, but what you inserted repeatedly was an advertisement for it, not a neutral descriptive encycopedia article. If you want to try properly, use the WP:Article Wizard.
