The following message has been forwarded to permissions-en@wikipedia.org: This is to certify that the IIU Press and Research Centre, A.C., which I personally represent, is owner of the copyrights related to information content in the www.iiuedu.eu website, from where we selected some texts to be reproduced at referred articles edited and published in Wikipedia. Therefore, and by the means of this communication, on behalf of the IIU Press and Research Centre, A.C., I agree to donate these texts to Wikipedia on any terms and conditions needed to publishing them as open access information at Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia through the Internet worldwide. I herein declare this donation and/or approval, as needed, is granted under no restriction whatsoever and anyone is permitted to copy, reproduce, and use freely these articles’ contents by any preferred means. Full text of this communication will be cited and reproduces at the Talk page of these articles.
HI, thanks for being patient while we verify the permission. I've asked a fellow copyright admin who has access to OTRS (Wikimedia's volunteer email coordination system) to take a look to see if the email is in order. If she can do this, the copyright notice will be removed and a note will be made on the article's talk page for future reference. Until that point (or until the article is no longer an issue), the template must be left in place. I'll keep an eye on the article, but this should speed up processing. Best, – Toon(talk) 12:53, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
- OK, having spoken to the aforementioned OTRS admin, there seems to be an issue that the email address from which you sent the permissions email is not connected to the place where the information was published. This means that it is not clear whether you are authorised to release the text. Please note that this is not a reflection upon yourself, or a queston of us not believing you, but from a legal standpoint Wikipedia must take precautions to ensure that the release is water-tight. You will be contacted in the near future by an OTRS volunteer via email to let you know how to proceed. Best, – Toon(talk) 13:28, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
- OK, well make sure that you forward all of the relevant information to the OTRS volunteer by email. I don't have OTRS access, so the help I can give you is limited. Best, – Toon(talk) 14:27, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
- Good, you'll be contacted again by an OTRS volunteer who'll ensure that everything is in order, place a notice on the article's talk page confirming permission and remove the copyvio tag. Best, – Toon(talk) 21:31, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Isles Internationale Université (European Union) School of Doctoral Studies
[edit]A tag has been placed on Isles Internationale Université (European Union) School of Doctoral Studies requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
