Thank you for keeping an eye out, Boomer Vial. But I "softblocked" the original account, and in fact encouraged them to create a new account, see this: "Please take a moment to create a new account", etc. So this account creation is permitted. Bishonen | talk 23:10, 19 April 2017 (UTC).[reply]

Yes, that's right. Most blocks are hard blocks, but it may be worth clicking on the original account's talkpage or block log to see if it got a soft one. Did you check out the definition here? Bishonen | talk 23:30, 19 April 2017 (UTC).[reply]
