Hi. I've copied Terrypin's stuff here because I'm him. If you want to see the stuff I wrote when I was him, see here. JonStrines 11:42, 12 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Please take a look at the major re-write I've done on the Co-op UK article. It's still in need of much expanding but I hope to have addressed it's former one-sided slant.

Hi Jon
I'm thinking this article would now be best moving to something like 'Co-operative Movement in the United Kingdom'. However, before this is done, I think a Co-op/Co-operative (brand) article would be worthwhile for those article that link to 'The Co-op' as the article is now moving away from 'The Co-op' but at the same time, it would be wrong to link to The Co-operative Group. Do you get what I mean? That sentence did seem to make sense, in my head at least! I've noticed what you've been doing on your Sandbox which is proving promising (though in 1863 the CWS was called the North of England Co-operative Wholesale Society'. I also have detailed descriptions on use of the new Co-operative branding and how it should be adopted into non-TCG areas if you're interested. Have you seen the first Co-op logo anywhere? You know, the one in the pale blue box and a little off-centred? (see here)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Summonings Collected Edition Cover.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Summonings Collected Edition Cover.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 09:33, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Notice

The article First of the Fallen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. If you disagree and deprod this, please explain how it meets them on the talk page here in the form of "This article meets criteria A and B because..." and ping me back through WP:ECHO or by leaving a note at User talk:Piotrus. Thank you.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Nomination of First of the Fallen for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article First of the Fallen is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Northern Escapee (talk) 17:52, 22 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
