Hello, Johnshopkinsuni, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. Information icon Hello, I'm Headbomb. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Relaxation technique, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 21:13, 15 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

More specifically, many citations were from predatory journals (an easy list to cross-check for publishers and journals can be found at https://beallslist.net/). You can also install WP:UPSD to automatically highlight problematic sources in the future. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 21:14, 15 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
