I am working on creating an article for my psychology course. I wrote the article, and I am attempting to add it to my Sandbox. However, I don't know how to load images to my sandbox or add a contents box. Really confused. Please help.
Please help me with...

- John, have a look at my demo edit to your sandbox. When you make headings like
== Heading name ==
the contents box appears by itself. Open Help:Wiki markup in a separate window. I also added an image just to show you the most basic way to do it. More info at Wikipedia:Picture tutorial. Let me know, if I can do anything else for you. Sam Sailor Talk! 09:48, 12 November 2015 (UTC) (please mention me on reply)

I created an article in my Sandbox, and I attempted to move it to regular Wikipedia. However, I don't think it worked. The article (Goal pursuit) seems to still be sitting in my Sandbox.
Please help me with...
Can you help me move the article from my Sandbox so it is live on Wikipedia? John220A (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2015 (UTC)
