Sir, This is really well done and I appreciate the timeline. If I might suggest some additions/changes you seem to have left out Flashman's misadventures at Little Big Horn. Also, we know that he was at Gettysburg, marched with Sherman and was at Appamatox-which helps to fill in the 1860s. Otherwise thanks for putting this together.

Thanks. I haven't worked on it in over a year, and it is definitely unfinished. Feel free to add to it. --Joelmills (talk) 00:08, 30 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is excellent. I spotted one omission - you don't seem to have included the 1847/48 events of Royal Flash.

I am a novice as regards Wikipedia, is there some reason why this isn't a normal article or why it isn't linked from the main Flashman page? I found it by googling, but it would be useful to have it integrated with the main Wikipedia article.

I put this together in order to make it easier to edit the main Flashman page and novels, but I never finished it. One of these days... However, Fraser left things nonspecific enough with dates so that I had to do some guessing, which makes this timeline original research. So it can't be an article (see WP:NOR). --Joelmills (talk) 19:04, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
