This article was previously created and moved to Draft:Joelington, for you (or anyone else) to work on until it was ready for the Wikipedia main article space. Instead, you apparently recreated it exactly in the main article space. I have deleted the version in mainspace. Please do not do that again. Instead work on the draft, providing additional sources and establishign the notability of the subject.
