Speedy deletion nomination of Giuseppe Millaci
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Giuseppe Millaci, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It appears to be a clear copyright infringement of https://www.discogs.com/Giuseppe-Millaci-Vogue-Trio-with-Amaury-Faye-and-Lionel-Beuvens-Songbook/release/10768240. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. However, even if you use one of these processes to release copyrighted material to Wikipedia, it still needs to comply with the other policies and guidelines to be eligible for inclusion. If you would like any assistance with this, you can ask a question at the help desk.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. reddogsix (talk) 04:03, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Giuseppe Millaci
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Giuseppe Millaci requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.discogs.com/Giuseppe-Millaci-Vogue-Trio-with-Amaury-Faye-and-Lionel-Beuvens-Songbook/release/10768240. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. reddogsix (talk) 04:06, 22 January 2018 (UTC)

If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. reddogsix (talk) 04:18, 22 January 2018 (UTC)

Sockpuppet investigation
[edit]Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Joe.marotta, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community. reddogsix (talk) 05:21, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
Blocked for sockpuppetry
[edit]This account has been blocked indefinitely from editing for sock puppetry per evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Joe.marotta. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted. If you believe that this block was in error, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. I've also blocked User:Jean.lalou. 06:30, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
The reason you should stop
[edit]You should definitely stop. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.
Also, all of this is permanently viewable. A search may easily lead to these user talk pages. This could be very embarrassing for Giuseppe Millaci. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 06:35, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
Dear Anna, can you help me? I am a fan of jazz music and I would like to add on wikipedia some biographies of famous jazz musicians
following the encoding of the biography of Giuseppe, I am sistematically blocked by wikipedia.
- Hello, and welcome. I'm sorry you were blocked. This is the reason: You copy pasted the article from a website that is copyrighted. That is not allowed at Wikipedia because we are legally responsible if we host copyrighted material. Also, this protects the website where the content came from. They also do not permit people to copy paste their content.
- By the way, you wrote "John says: why you can't post my article ? Why is John?
- Best wishes, Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:07, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
Could you check now the text where am I suspected to have copied? please
please can you unlock me? and check my new article? PLEASE
- The draft and article you created when you first started here was copy pasted. You must know this because you copy pasted it.
- You kept removing the deletion template and that is what got you blocked. Then, instead of discussing things, you just made another account and created the article again. That account was blocked and the article deleted. Then you did it again, and again. Now, those are further reasons you are now blocked. You also uploaded images that you do not own. These are serious issues.
- To be unblocked, you must explain to us that you understand what you did that was not allowed, and convince us that your future here at Wikipedia will be different. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:16, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
Warning
[edit]If you blank the page again, your access to this talk page will be revoked. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:21, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
Talk page access revoked
[edit]Your ability to edit your talk page has been revoked. If you wish to be unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then submit a request at UTRS. Thank you, Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:23, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
Again, you should stop
[edit]This could be very embarrassing for your employer, Giuseppe Millaci. There is no way for you to make talk page content vanish. You should stop. Please do not blank more pages. That leaves a record of you doing that. You should not make more accounts. You should not make more articles about Giuseppe Millaci. You should just go. That is best for you and Giuseppe Millaci and Wikipedia. If you are not sure that is the right decision, please ask Giuseppe Millaci before taking further action. I think he would agree. Thank you. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:26, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
