[edit]

Hello, Jodysetiawan23. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. A page you created has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic.

This article needs to be rewritten from scratch from reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject."Before you start writing, gather a list of indisputably reliable sources that are entirely independent of the [subject] and that devote significant coverage to the [subject]. Once you have that list of high quality sources, format them into references. Referencing for beginners explains how. Now, neutrally summarize what the sources say, avoiding any promotional language. You can find much more detailed advice at Your first article." --per Cullen328" Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted.

Information on content and common pitfalls to avoid can be located here and here, however be aware that this is not an exhaustive list. Pages can sometimes avoid these pitfalls and still be seen as an ad copy or unambiguously promotional, particularly if the editor appears to be a paid editor or has some other conflict of interest. Please review these policies, including the FAQ page on organizations to determine if this applies to you.

Common mistakes or beliefs about promotional editing center on the assumption that promotional editing only applies to promotion for commercial gain. Some tags or G11 nominations are met with confusion by creators, particularly if they spend much time reading or creating corporate documents, mission/vision statements, or similar copy for their organization. The frequent exposure to promotional tone may make it difficult to notice non-neutral phrases or styles, as the editor has grown accustomed to seeing it as everyday writing or speech. This can be difficult, but not impossible, to unlearn.

Another common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. It applies to any topic, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc. and CV/resumé's are by their nature promotional.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see this page on citing sources and Wikipedia:Common sourcing mistakes (notability). This page has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{Reflist}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there. New article creation can be difficult, but the Article Wizard can help you. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems. You can ask for help at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk and on IRC chat Wikipedia:The Wikipedia Adventure is a useful tutorial.

New article creation can be difficult and frustrating. Sometimes it is better to first gain experience by fixing and helping maintain existing articles. Wikipedia:Community portal/Opentask contains links to things that badly need doing, if you are so inclined.

This notice is information dense. Please carefully read and thoroughly understand the linked information before attempting further article creation.

You have an obvious conflict of interest and you must declare it. If you work directly or indirectly for an organisation, or otherwise are acting on its behalf, you are very strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. If you are paid directly or indirectly by the organisation you are writing about, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at Jodysetiawan23. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Jodysetiawan23|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. Note that editing with a COI is discouraged, but permitted as long as it is declared. Concealing a COI can lead to a block. Please do not edit further until you respond to this message. Also read the following regarding writing an article:

  • you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the organisation or company, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, logs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the company or organisation claims or interviewing its management. Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls
  • You had no in-line references at all.
  • The notability guidelines for organisations and companies have been updated. The primary criteria has five components that must be evaluated separately and independently to determine if it is met:
  1. significant coverage in
  2. independent,
  3. multiple,
  4. reliable,
  5. secondary sources.
Note that an individual source must meet all four criteria to be counted towards notability. To show notability you need hard verifiable facts such as the number of employees, management structure, turnover or profits.
  • You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
  • Your text was fact-free promo eg The founder saw great potential in flight industry that was growing at that time. As the result, they find an idea of creating flight and hotel ticket's purchasing service via online. After getting a solid idea and concept in place, they made a team to develop the company until now
  • There shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
  • You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.

Your draft will not be accepted as it stands. Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 06:44, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Jimfbleak for your guide. Could please review my new article on here ? https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User:Jodysetiawan23/sandbox
I was checked you have reviewed the article in 2018, here the new one in 2025 Jodysetiawan23 (talk) 11:13, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You seem to have two drafts on the go at the same time, don't do that.I've moved your sandbox version to Draft:Airpaz in place of the version that was already there. Your refs are all bare urls, apart from the history, it's still light on real facts, and the text is still promotional company speak eg leading online travel agents... comprehensive services... offers a simple flight and hotel booking process with various options... enhances travelers’ experiences with affordable prices, exclusive offers, reliable payment option.... No chance of it being accepted without formatted refs and a neutral tone. Please read the guidance above carefully. If you don't follow the advice, your article will be rejected and deleted, and you may be blocked Jimfbleak - talk to me? 11:59, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You shouldn't have deleted the draft. I had it restored a week back based on request by Jodysetiawan23. It had history from 2023 and had been reviewed as well. The sandbox could have been merged into that. Jay 💬 12:13, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Did not get a response from you. I have restored the draft you deleted. Moved the sandbox version to Draft:Airpaz (2). Jay 💬 14:19, 4 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
