primary sources tag on IPFW page

I put the tag on because the article relies on sources affiliated with IFPW. As you noted, ball state's page and Indiana U's page do as well. I added the tag on their pages as well. For more info you can check primary sources, part of wikipedia's policy on original research. Let me know if you'd like more clarification and thanks for your work on developing the IPFW's page.
