[edit]Your recent edits
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. The project's content policies require that all articles be written from a neutral point of view, and not introduce bias or give undue weight to viewpoints. Please bear this in mind when making edits such as your recent edit to Quilliam Foundation. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. Work permit (talk) 04:02, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
re: comments
[edit]Actually, I can't think of a case where citing academic sources would be a copyright issue, but then again I could be wrong. I would encourage you to skip blogs and forums at all costs per WP:RS and WP:V. If you're still not sure, seek help from others on whichever article it was on the talk page. Request for Contribution
[edit]I noticed that you have great exposure of islam and its role in modern politics. I was wondering if you like to contribute Fethullah Gülen, since the article is far from perfect and mostly biased. I'm inviting other people to contribute, so the article's tone gets more neutral. Any chance you could help with Niedermayer-Hentig Expedition?
[edit]Hello JK54, I was wondering if you might be able to help with Niedermayer-Hentig Expedition which is to do with German espionage in World War I. I wanted to see if there was any help especially with prose and c/e, but would also appreciate any other comments, since I wanted to put it up for FAC once PR is done. rueben_lys (talk · contribs) 14:16, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

- You are invited to review my second nomination of philscirel. If you feel I have unfairly reported 71.72.81.230 (talk · contribs · WHOIS), please say so. --Adoniscik(t, c) 05:56, 11 November 2008 (UTC)
Helo Jk54. Please do not edit others' comments or remove material posted by others on article Talk pages, as you did at Talk:Quilliam Foundation. Such behavior can lead to blocks. I tried to fix the page; if anything of yours got omitted when I fixed it, you can restore it now. EdJohnston (talk) 14:40, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
Thanks and a request
[edit]Thanks for signing up at Wikipedia:Peer review/volunteers and for your work doing reviews. It is now just over a year since the last peer review was archived with no repsonse after 14 (or more) days, something we all can be proud of. There is a new Peer review user box to track the backlog (peer reviews at least 4 days old with no substantial response), which can be found here. To include it on your user or talk page, please add {{Wikipedia:Peer review/PRbox}} . Thanks again, and keep up the good work, Ruhrfisch ><>°° 03:22, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to the page Ed Husain has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. I'd appreciate your input on Umar Israilov, a biography article in peer review. The subject is a Chechen soldier and government critic whose death in European exile is a subject of controversy. — ℜob C. alias ᴀʟᴀʀoʙ 17:19, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

3RR complaint
[edit]Hello Jk54. See WP:AN3#User:Jk54 reported by User:Avaya1 (Result: ), which is a complaint about your edits at Quilliam Foundation. You may add your own comment to the 3RR discussion if you wish. EdJohnston (talk) 03:27, 6 October 2009 (UTC)
I have proposed that you be indefinitely blocked from editing here
[edit]Hello Jk54. Please see my update at WP:AN3#User:Avaya1 reported by User:Jk54 (Result: ), where I have proposed that you be indefinitely blocked from editing Wikipedia. You are welcome to respond there. If action is taken before you have time to see this, add a commment here on your talk page, which I will be watching. Any action that is taken on your case will be offered for review by other administrators.
If you have any idea for how to behave better in editing Quilliam Foundation, now would be a good time to make a proposal. EdJohnston (talk) 18:46, 13 October 2009 (UTC)
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. at Quilliam Foundation, per WP:AN3#User:Avaya1 reported by User:Jk54 (Result: Jk54 indef) and the other discussions linked from that report. Jk54 is a single-purpose account, devoted entirely to long-term POV-pushing at Quilliam Foundation. EdJohnston (talk) 12:37, 14 October 2009 (UTC)
Jk54 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I now fully understand the POV material should not be included in Wiki articles and will ensure I avoid doing so in future.
Decline reason:
{{subst:I'm not sure yet from my perusal of the situation whether I would have placed this block, but the history is too long for this unblock request to persuade me. You're welcome to file an appeal that addresses more specifically the reasons for your block or perhaps follow the procedure outlined at Template:second chance for some part of the article. I would be happy to look at a more thorough unblock request.}} chaser (talk) 07:10, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
