Userpage deletion request
[edit]I think you are misunderstanding WP:CSD U1, given that you created the page at the same time you added the template. That template is for deleting user pages. We don't delete users; see WP:DISAPPEAR. OhNoitsJamie Talk 16:26, 3 May 2023 (UTC)
