Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Nicolas R. Thibodeau, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you believe there has been a mistake and would like to report a false positive, please report it here and then remove this warning from your talk page. If your edit was not vandalism, please feel free to make your edit again after reporting it. The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Nicolas R. Thibodeau was changed by Jimmyv811 (u) (t) making a minor change with obscenities on 2008-02-01T23:33:39+00:00. Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 23:33, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please clean up your act a little

I've looked through your contributions. I see that you've made some good contributions--for example, one on Centereach High School--but you're still making some inappropriate edits--for example, one on the very same Centereach High School. I'm not giving you a warning, because of your good contributions; instead, I'm requesting that you just refrain from the others. Be especially careful not to include original research--that includes recategorizing the bands you like into more-impressive genres. Twilight Realm (talk) 03:36, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I'm not very good at this whole "do not bite" thing. Here's a cookie-cutter welcome template that should do the job better than me:

Welcome!

Hello, Jimmyv811, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV), and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me my talk page. Again, welcome!  Twilight Realm (talk) 03:43, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
