Proposed deletion of Lay Lady Lay (album)

[edit]

The article Lay Lady Lay (album) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

non-notable cover version with incorrect disambiguator, not worth redirecting per WP:NSONGS

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. I have nominated Thank Heaven for Little Girls (album), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Thank Heaven for Little Girls (album). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

disambiguation pages

[edit]

Thanks for your work on Wikipedia. I noticed on Portland you added wikilinks, but those were removed. Just so you know: Disambiguation pages should have only one navigable link per entry. In particular, there should not be two blue-linked items for the same entry. This is to aid the reader finding the correct entry. See MOS:DAB for more. Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Illegitimi non carborundum, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. You performed a reversion and then hid it by changing the edit summary to say "→‎In popular culture: Added cultural reference." What did you add?  — Myk Streja (when?) 20:00, 15 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
