You have been indefinitely blocked from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia as long as the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved. If you believe that a legal action is warranted, you may contact our information team at info-en@wikimedia.org and they may forward it to our legal counsel or a more appropriate venue. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Since the controversial and potentially damaging info has been removed from Mr. Leavitt's page, consider the legal threats hereby retracted. Jim Leavitt's Attorney (talk) 15:30, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That's not quite an unconditional retraction; if the current situation is still that you will sue Wikipedia if that information is restored, the block will have to remain in place for the reasons described at WP:LEGAL. That's fine; you have every right to do so. If you ever decide that you will not be suing Wikipedia at all, but instead will work within Wikipedia's existing systems if you are unhappy with information in an article, please feel free to request an unblock (with a change to a more appropriate username, of course, since even the name of this account seems to be an implied legal threat). -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 15:49, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Concur with FisherQueen - the legal threat has not been unconditionally retracted. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 16:21, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Todd really needs to get his crap together. Even after his latest attempt, I still cannot edit my talk page. Sheesh. Jim Leavitt's Attorney (talk) 17:05, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
