Welcome!
Hello, Jigsaw Jimmy, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!
Please don't add articles about things that are not generally notable, such as backpack war. They will be deleted. DJ Clayworth 19:16, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
Personal attacks
[edit]In regards to this comment, please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. —Khoikhoi 01:24, 26 May 2006 (UTC)
- I would also suggest keeping spelling and grammar in mind. Using webspeak on Wikipedia distorts and destroys the credibility of this project (as well as making you appear uneducated and foolish). User:Throw

Blocked
[edit]You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for violations of policy by engaging in vandalism and personal attacks. This block has been reduced to one week per e-mail agreement, pro-rated to the time of the original block (from this edit, four days remain). RadioKirk (u|t|c)

Edit to Rudy (film)
[edit]May I ask that you please take care with edit summaries; with this one, you note, "Revert Vandalism", whereas the editor may have been making a good-faith (though incorrect) effort to remove profanity from the page (not everyone is aware that Wikipedia is not censored). Always assume good faith until an editor clearly demonstrates that the assumption is not deserved. Thanks :) RadioKirk (u|t|c)

Olde English 800
[edit]I'm not sure why you reverted my edit, calling it vandalism. N.W.A does indeed have a song called "8 Ball" and it does indeed talk about this beverage. It's a good song you should check it out. But next time, do a little fact checking before you write something off immediately as vandalism.Jigsaw Jimmy 01:55, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
- Hi Jimmy, I did revert your edit, but nowhere did I call it vandalism. I saw that DJ Quik's 8 Ball was already listed and assumed that the NWA version was a cover, and thus a duplication. It was remiss of me not to give an adequate reason in the summary or on the talk page, and for this I apologise. LittleOldMe 10:11, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
The Don
[edit]An alias would "Makaveli", not "The Don". People actually refer to him as "Makaveli", but people don't refer to him as "The Don". They are just saying he is the Don of the Outlawz. License2Kill 20:20, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
Who are you??
[edit]i dont know who you are, but this is my account that i havent used for at least a year. I noticed that this account has been editing pages, even though it's mine and i don't use it. I mean I don't care, but I'm just curious as to why you would do this. ---the real jigsaw Jimmy —Preceding unsigned comment added by Senor Martins (talk • contribs) 23:28, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
