that someone might show up and claim that your user name and editing articles such as American Jews might be a conflict of interest. If you intend to edit a lot I suggest that you begin again with another user name. I also figure that you will not do this, but if you put something, anything on your user page, then your name will appear as a blue link rather than a red one and was such will draw less attention.
