Blocked

[edit]

Just because an account uses Nate Speed's edits doesn't make it a sock of his.

Request reason:

I feel that I am being targeted just because of a prior instance of using edits from Nate Speed. In my opinion, Mr. Speed has been an absolutely unprofessional human being over the many years he has been on here and on other websites. My two accounts on here have been falsely accused of being sockpuppets of Mr. Speed, which they are not. I did not use these edits this time, nor did I hit the edit button on the same articles as last time, and still managed to have an indefinite block on this account just because I used some edits, and sometimes variations thereof, from Nate Speed. Please hear my side of the story, the story of an innocent man who had been falsely accused of being a sockpuppet of a truly guilty man. Decline reason:

So, to prove you aren't violating WP:SOCK, you violate WP:SOCK?!? Come on now. Talk page access revoked, stop wasting our time. Yamla (talk) 10:52, 22 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

(non-administrator comment) – I do believe that you are not Nate Speed for the simple reason that you don't explode and punch people in the face for referring to you as "Nate Speed". However, per Wikipedia policy, you need to log into your original account and appeal your original block there. Creating a new account to evade a block, even if you believe the original block was made in error, is against policy, and NinaRobotPirate was justified in blocking your account for that reason. If you do make another appeal at your original account, you should tell the reviewing administrators the reason why you were restoring Nate's edits the last time around, since that was what got you blocked in the first place.
