The distinction between testimonial and demonstrative evidence doesn't seem fully applicable to this Wikipedia article (though I understand why you included it). I'd suggest mentioning that the 5th applies to testimonial evidence, and then link to another Wikipedia article on evidence more generally, so that the other article is fleshing out the distinction. If no such article exists, consider suggesting it on the Self-Incrimination talk page.

One thing I suggest you look up is that to invoke the right to silence involves actually *saying* that you are doing so -- you can't invoke the right to silence by staying silent. There are some links to optional resources that relate to this in the unit where we talked about this -- maybe week 3 or week 4? Cakers01 (talk) 18:39, 4 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
