Four guardian gods

[edit]

Hi Jeong Seo Yoon, Many thanks for your new article. I noticed that the Korean language articles you referred to already have equivalents in English Wikipedia, such as Four Symbols and Goguryeo tombs. I have therefore redirected from the new article your created as it is a likely duplicate. You are welcome to add more about the symbolism or the tomb to either of the two existing articles. Your help is much appreciated! pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 17:51, 28 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Remember about references

Your edit at [1] was removed most likely because you did not add a reference to it. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 08:53, 4 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome!

Hi Seo Yoon, Welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for your edit to the Burning Sun scandal page. I have made some changes. There were already 2 citations in English for Roy Kim's booking, so I used them. Please ask me if you have any questions about editing. The citations should be completed before adding. Welcome again, I hope you enjoy Editing!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 14:00, 4 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnielou2013! Thank you for your help! It was really good change! Thank you again! --Jeong Seo Yoon (talk) 08:50, 8 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You are welcome Seo Yoon. Actually you wrote it very well, just some of the information had been added previously, so I just changed the wording. But, you had written it very well to begin with!

Please keep looking at the Burning Sun page to help. Sometimes the only newspapers are in Korean language and may contain mistakes that you may catch. As it is a current event, many changes are happening according to the news releases. Also, there are other events in the scandal, besides the sex video part, so you may be able to add more useful information about the political aspect, the public's perception of the events and the rumors of an elite hierarchy involved (important business and government figures). Thank you!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 03:47, 11 April 2019 (UTC) P.S. - Your Talk page will notify you of entries here....but if you want to alert me that you have responded....enclose my name in [[ ]] brackets, like my User name is signed: User:Bonnielou2013, it is called a "ping".--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 03:51, 11 April 2019 (UTC) And one more question - is this the statute Roy Kim was cited under, that you referred to: [2]. I found the one for Jung Joon-young's arrest [3]......but was uncertain about the one for Roy Kim's crime (sharing the picture only), was there a Section (Article) or more specific? Thanks for your help.--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 04:05, 11 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on AD STARS requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organized event (tour, function, meeting, party, etc.) that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. 49ersBelongInSanFrancisco (talk) 05:37, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on SoftBank Ventures Asia, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Hello Jeong Seo Yoon. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to SoftBank Ventures Asia, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Jeong Seo Yoon. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Jeong Seo Yoon|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. scope_creepTalk 14:52, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
