Add something like this in the intro "capitalism relies on the unpaid domestic labor of women" or "unpaid domestic labor, largely carried out by women, is essential to the current capitalist system"
Intertwine ideals of the dualism of culture vs. nature...who has access to culture, why are women associated with nature? How might the culture vs. nature dualism apply to domestic labor?
Under Marxism add Rubin's argument about the exchange of women through marriage and kin relations
ERA: Maybe add something about paternity leave?
Can you add a historical perspective from the Feminist Mystique and the trope of the 50s housewife?
I underlined a sentence that needs to be reworded

[edit]Hey Jenny, I really liked your article as you have it so far. Is it meant as an extension to the existing article on housemaking? I added my commentary in lowercase directly into the text, so you can see what I thought of different sections. I also connected your article to already existing ones where I felt it could be helpful. I feel like your draft could definitely benefit from additional sources and I made a couple suggestions for that in the text. I also feel that you sometimes go a bit back and forth, so maybe you could work on your structure, but that may just be my own preference. Also, you mentioned that you'd want to enhance the part on the ERA, so I made a small suggestion on that too. Generally, your arguments are all very well constructed, I just feel that certain parts need to be "dumbed down" a bit, so the article is more accessible for someone just randomly clicking on the housemaking article without any previous knowledge of the topic, but this may be overthinking it on my part. Other than the few things I mentioned, you really did a great job putting together a comprehensive argument. :) SophieKriegerowski (talk) 22:28, 7 November 2016 (UTC)
