@Jellyfish343: Nice work. Some feedback

Energy transition is a phrase that generally refers to significant structural change in an energy system

I know this isn't you're work, but Wikipedia articles are about things, not about words. So Energy transition is... or Energy transition refers to..., something like that rather that "is a phrase".

The contemporary energy transition has many facets.

Wikipedia prefers a more terse style, so it's best to avoid filler like "has many facets".

  • "I propose to eliminate all this text" - it seems to be more general information about renewable energy that doesn't really need to be in this article
  • Other proposals - these make sense to me. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:29, 5 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Ian (Wiki Ed: Thank you Ian. Can you comment on the next steps? Here's what I think they should be:

1. Make your suggested edits 2. Add references to the second paragraph 3. Make the edits to the page? Or should I first put a draft of what I want to change up on the Energy Transition talk page? Thank you for your advice!--Jellyfish343 (talk) 20:43, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Jellyfish343: I would just go ahead and make the edits to the existing article. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:52, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
