Hello JellyFish567. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Living medicine".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Living medicine}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 21:18, 13 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop making repeat requests

[edit]

I would like to politely ask that you refrain from making repeat requests to have Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Living medicine restored. The AfC article had multiple issues with it and I didn't entirely see where you'd addressed any of the concerns or showed that living medicine merited an article separate from holistic medicine/health. I really think that the best option here would be to discuss things with people at Talk:Holistic health and Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Medicine (the WikiProject would also be very helpful) about creating a subsection and then if everyone agrees that there's enough sourcing specifically for living medicine, then make a subsection. The biggest complaint at AfC from the various people declining the article was that they didn't see where the article specifically focused on living medicine and they didn't see where it really was separate from holistic medicine as a whole. The article also seemed to be written in a fairly pro-living medicine light, so it came across as promotional at times. That's also a big issue that needs to be fixed.

Now the problem with repeatedly requesting its recreation is that this can be seen as disruptive and even a bit deceptive, since you'd already asked and had an answer. Repeatedly requesting it in the hopes of getting a different answer can and often will backfire on people. I really, really recommend talking to people about creating a subsection rather than repeatedly trying to get the AfC article re-created. I honestly don't think you have much of a chance of getting that copy put in the mainspace and I think that it'd eventually get merged into holistic health as either a subsection or an alternate name.
