Unjustifiable deletion of an article titled' Olatunde O Isaac'
Sequel to the unjustifiable tagging and speedy deletion of an article titled==Olatunde O Isaac== created by anonymous,I hereby write to you with all sense of humilty and commitment as an editor to inform u that the tagging and speedy deletion of the article was ilega to the wikipedia rule.when I went through the work before it was finally deleted, I had the mindset to expand the work. You will agree with me that an Editor may not know everything about an article therefore creating aplatform for other Editor to go through it and expand it. The work has a good refrences, infactit has more than three refrences, which is still far better than some work. Frankly speaking the article was about a notable person who is a very young an Eminnt biochemist from Nigeria. Who also won the award of the youngest scientist of the year 2012. My able and competent Editor jeff,I implore you to do everything within your reach to restore the article titled '==Olatunde O Isaac== deleted by Nawlinwiki on 02 november for God sake so that together we can maintain the wikipedia standard throughout the world. Thanks for you anticipation(Orimadegun016 (talk) 08:20, 2 November 2013 (UTC))

help help help
Thank you for seeing the page. You may delete it. However, please do help. Do not just erase my message on that help page because that would be not be constructive and very unhelpful. Please do good, not just destroy things. Thank you very much. Pluto is not a planet (talk) 01:45, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- @Pluto is not a planet: Your request (with details of requested changes) would be more welcome on Talk:Planet, WP:AN, or the talk pages of the individual planets. Mainspace is not the place for requests. — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 01:48, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
FibreOP
That's the actual name of the service (though if its mentioned in articles like that, it should really be [[FibreOP|Bell FibreOP]]. ViperSnake151 Talk 02:24, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- @ViperSnake151: it would be nice if the editor gave a reason for such a change in each Edit Summary. — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 02:29, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
About editing Ketapang
Hi Jeff,
I just edited Ketapang. Then you reverted it. It was vasdalized by an user in 10:22, 8 November 2013 114.79.53.87 So I tried to fix it. Ketapang is part of West Kalimatan, not in Lampung. And no notable people named piko and nando. They are Daud Jordan and Hamzah Haz. I just inserted some new informations and picture but then you reverted it.
I was born in Ketapang and I concern about Ketapang and information about my lovely hometown.
Thanks,
Simon Liem (talk) 02:29, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- Sorry, I just reverted myself. — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 02:31, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
Thanks. No worries.

RE: "Value In Use" AKA "Use Value"
Below is the correct explanation; not what you have via Joseph F. Schram Jr. (January 2006) Real Estate Appraisal. Rockwell Publishing pp. 36-ISBN 978-1-887051-25-5. Retrieved 7 January 2012; I am positive since I am a lic. general real estate appraiser and have been involved with this type of assignment at least five different times in thirty five years of appraisal experience. If you read what I wrote, which I have used prior common sense will tell you I am oorrect. Mr. Schram Jr. has a complete missunderstanding to what "Value In Use" is.
A limited market property is a property that has relatively few buyers at a particular time. When a property's current use is so specialized that there is no demonstrable market for it, but the use is viable and likely to continue. The appraiser may render an estimate of Use Value. Such an estimate should not be confused with a market value estimate. If no market can be demonstrated or if data is not available the appraiser cannot estimate a market value and should state so in the report.
Use Value is the value a specific property has for a specific use. It is a value concept based on the productivity of an economic good. The concept of Use Value centers on contributory value of real estate without regard to highest and best use. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.184.73.230 (talk) 23:35, 12 November 2013 (UTC)
- @108.184.73.230: Thank you. Since this appears to be about your edits to Real estate appraisal, I believe your explanation will be more likely to influence consensus if you place it on Talk:Real estate appraisal. — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 03:12, 14 November 2013 (UTC)

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit that you made has been reverted or removed because it was a misuse of a warning or blocking template. Please use the user warnings sandbox for any tests you may want to do, or take a look at our introduction page to learn more about contributing to the encyclopedia. Thank you. Several warning I looked at (for example at User talk:35.46.32.246 and User talk:108.54.229.131) related to updating sport stats have been completely wrong. The 35.46 IP updated 2013–14 Chicago Blackhawks season according to the source given above the table (just updated player stats), and the second IP 108.54 just updated article 2013–14 S.S.C. Napoli season after last nights match (and added matchreport just after your warning). You had no right warning these people, and it seems you are a bit to fast to warn people. Please look at the edits before warning them. QED237 (talk) 11:11, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- @Qed237: Sorry about that. I was unaware that there was an exception for sports statistics in our requirements for sources. Where may I find details of such exception? — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 03:07, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
- Did you just read what I wrote? There are sources for the changes. For example [1] was given right above the player stats table that supports the changes for 2013–14 Chicago Blackhawks season. It was just an update according to the source and notan exception. Slow down with the warnings or I will keep warn you and maybe report you further. You may also read WP:AGF and remember to dont bite new editors. QED237 (talk) 10:11, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
- Please read User:Jeff G./Uw-unsourced1old very carefully. It is not a warning and it is not bitey. It is a kind and gentle welcome notice in template form which points out our need for verifiable reliable sources for every edit. Sources are supposed to be mentioned prima facie within the edit or the summary thereof per WP:VRS, WP:ES, and WP:REFB. Obviously, these new users hadn't noticed that requirement yet or refused to follow it, so I made them aware of it. If you have any recommendations or suggestions on improving that notice, please let me know. Thank you. — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 13:41, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
- So updating a table according to a given source right above the table is considered unsourced because the source was not cited in edit summary? To me that sound not right. And yes the text is not bitey but it is still a level 1 warning template as far as I now and warnings can scare new editors away. I would rather use a welcome template first. QED237 (talk) 13:52, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
- Neither of those individuals updated any applicable "Retrieved" or "Updated as of" date. I have revamped and renamed User:Jeff G./Welcome-Unsor - does it still look like a warning? — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 13:14, 15 November 2013 (UTC)
