Robert C. Ankony Again?

I was just taking a look at the Battle of Signal Hill Vietnam article and tracked back to an earlier deletion proposal you'd put forward on the subject. Although the article appears to be cited, it's a direct copy and paste from the user's article in Vietnam magazine. I'm checking the cites attributed to Tolson, but so far haven't found them. He's also adding in direct links to his homepage in the reference section. Since you've dealt with this user before, I thought I'd see if you had any thoughts. Thanks! Have you tried asking him? Perhaps he has clippings or more complete information for the cite. I think he means well, but is short on experience with complete citations.   — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 16:12, 18 May 2013 (UTC)

I actually went in and corrected the cite. He had it wrong both in the article and in his magazine article. Luckily I own most of the books he's using, so can check the rest for accuracy. Gonna take a fair amount of work, but pretty much every article he's started is just a cut-and-paste rehash of his original magazine article. Intothatdarkness 13:53, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
