As the draft currently stands, it fails the requirements of WP:NMUSICIAN. It needs to demonstrate that the subject has significant coverage in multiple independent reliable secondary sources. Discogs and music download sites are not acceptable or reliable sources/references. The 15 Questions website is essentially a primary source unless there are collaborative references which verify the information provided.
