-Just as a tip, to do the table of contents and section headers, put '==' and then the header, and close it with '=='. If you're trying to make a sub heading use '===' in the same way, and the more you want nested, the more equal signs you use. The TOC will automatically generate after that
-The lead section is very informative and well written in neutral stance, however, by combining the information about the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema, it got to be a bit confusing to figure out which elements were from the Golden age and which were from Nuevo Cine Mexicano.
-The table of contents flows very well and isnt too long or drawn out, but provides topics that are vital to understanding the Nuevo Cine Mexicano.
All of the information fits well under their subsequent headings, but in this format, it is a bit difficult to discern the different sections since they are all together. (ie. the themes, though there is a heading for it in the TOC, in the work itself it seems to be under the Origins heading)
Instead of summarizing each movie, it could be beneficial to come up with categorical themes that multiple movies fit into and list the movies that fit into it, and that allows the reader to do their own research on the topic and get more invested. If possible, see if there is a wiki page for those movies and provide a link within the page.
As previously mentioned by another classmate, be sure to effectively format. I think once formatting with headings is complete, the article will be more clear cut and understandable.
"The quality of Mexican films became downgraded and resulted in the rise of infamous Mexican genres such as Luchador films, Sexicomedias and ultimately the low-budget direct-to-video Mexploitation films. Films since the Golden Age had also declined due to Mexican audiences watching more films from overseas, especially Hollywood productions (Garcia Tsao)" I think this sentence would do better in a history section of the page instead of in your lead.
Again, as the prior classmate mentioned combining the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema within your article was pretty confusing. Consider revision of sentences or even creating a section to the Golden Age for itself to make this more clear. Amy Lainez (talk) 22:03, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
