Adminship

If you want to be an admin you have to submit a request for adminship, and then answer a couple of questions and people will then vote for you. How to become an admin

To become an admin you need to not vandalize pages, now the policies and guidelines inside out and act in accordance with them. If you do need do any of these, other Wikipedians won't trust you which will lead to your nomination for adminship failing. I'll put a welcome message at the top of your userpage with the most important points.
