Information icon Hello, I'm Tbhotch. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Laidback Luke, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! (CC) Tbhotch 18:03, 21 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As a contributor, you need to cite your changes, especially if they involve living people. Here, for example, you are including a potentially defamatory statement: "he injured his own infant son while drinking heavily". If false, and if van Scheppingen wanted to sue Wikipedia for libel, your name is the one that appears. It's important that you understand our guidelines and policies if you want to collaborate on this website. (CC) Tbhotch 17:01, 25 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Also, you must be aware that this is an encyclopedia, not a tabloid. We don't use language like "He only extinguished his demons". And the information about his Kung Fu activities is already said at Laidback Luke#Personal life.
By the way. Having checked the link, you literally copied and pasted this information. That is a WP:copyright violation. Please, don't do that. (CC) Tbhotch 17:19, 25 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Princess Faye. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. —Princess Faye (my talk) 10:47, 18 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
